Crane Estate wedding at Castle Hill in Ipswich, MA
Checking in from Copenhagen Denmark where I feel like I am in heaven. But that is beside the point because right now I have a delightful treat for you in the form of a gorgeous wedding that was held at the Crane Estate in Ipswich, MA. With details to die for and effortless planning and organization from Paula Marrero of Marrero Events, this wedding was sure to be a doozy. And indeed it was.
The view on the way to the Crane Estate is really beautiful with lots of salt marches off to the side.One of the most well known advantages of having your wedding at the Crane Estate is getting married on the gorgeous lawns with a view of the rolling hills behind.Abby’s makeup was flawlessly done by Demiche Beaute.I was lucky enough to be in the perfect place to get both Abby’s reaction and her dad’s reaction when he saw her for the first time.Abby, my dear, you are beyond stunning.Abby was one of the cutest brides ever. She was so excited the morning of her wedding that as she was walking down the aisle she was saying “Hi mom!”, “Hey, I’m getting married!!”.Yes, a wedding at the Crane Estate is THIS beautiful!Right after their wedding ceremony Abby and Greg walked to the side of the Crane Estate and as I followed behidn them at a distance I was able to catch a few special oh-my-gosh-we-are-married! moments.One again, the grounds of the Crane estate are absolutely picture perfect and made for a gorgeous backdrop for their wedding photos and portraits.The light at the Crane Estate right before sunset was absolutely divine!LOVE!Kristen O’Connor and her team from Capers Catering did an absolutely fantastic job of setting up the Crane Estate to look perfect for the wedding reception inside the mansion.I could write an entire blog post about this cake. No, seriously, I could. This was, by far, the best wedding cake I ahve ever, ever, ever had. I have been thinking about since Abby and Greg’s wedding. Bottom line: if you want a cake that is second to none, get it from Jenny’s Wedding Cakes. Period.C-Zone music brought down the house with lots of energy and class!At the end of the evening Abby did a traditional Hungarian dance where the bridesmaids walk around and collect money from the guests in order for them to have a dance with the bride.
